A video campaign for Sungod focused on promoting their new Flagship store, Base Camp in Verbier, Switzerland. The video was also meant to help develop the ‘WE ARE SUNGOD’ concept; that SunGod is a group of people out adventuring together, facilitated by their products.

The desired outcomes of this campaign were to boost sales of the new Vanguards before peak Easter weeks and/or at the beginning of the 2019-20 winter season.

To also increase general brand awareness by attracting new fans/ customers by promoting a quality piece of video content across platforms. Finally, to also strengthen SunGod’s ties with Verbier which will in turn benefit the brand from the credibility of the location Verbier.

We had a lot of fun shooting this as the local riders chosen already had ties with Moveu media. Conditions weren’t particularly good on the day of the shoot so we had to really hunt for those epic powder conditions that the storyline required.

We actually shot this with just one videographer. Looking back I think the shoot deserved to have a photographer on board as well however there wasn’t sufficient budget for this. Now a days you can’t launch any video content without a couple of quality images to use in relation.

As the day progressed we toured up to a Col to shoot some more life style imagery. Riders touring up faces, line scoping and pulling skins off etc. These shots were fundamental in helping capture close ups of the Van Guard goggles.
